How to Return
- Email support@wildmoler.com with your order number
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back (return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility)
- Refund is processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
